Please read carefully
Since each order placed is custom made just for you, we will only accept returns or exchanges for items received damaged or defective. We will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different colour so please check the size chart or contact us if you need help placing your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered.
We will review replacement/return requests only if:
(a) a product is damaged, or there is a print error
(b) we receive a submitted complaint (email@example.com) within 30 days from the day the product was delivered to the customer.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment center and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size chart or contact us if you need help placing your order.
CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE
All shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
